Is this actually good enough to show my tattoo artist?

Yes — every design and Prep Pack is meant as a reference for your artist to adapt, not a finished tattoo. Most artists redraw or refine any reference before tattooing, and a clear AI design is often easier to discuss than a vague idea.

How much does it cost?

Generating 4 designs uses credits — new accounts get 20 free credits (5 generations) to start. After that, one-time credit packs start at $4.9, or subscribe to Pro for 300 credits a month.

A Prep Pack is a printable PDF with your design at true real-world size (with a ruler so you can print it at 100%), plus an auto-generated artist brief covering style, placement, size, and ink notes.

Can I use my own photo for the placement preview?

Yes. Upload a photo of the body part and calibrate it using any object of known size (like a credit card), then drag, scale and rotate your design to see it at the real size it will be tattooed.

Do you generate designs with color?

By default we generate black-ink designs, since most stencils and line-based tattoos start that way. You can switch to color in the generator if you want to see the design with color.
